Thank you for using Task Timeline Gantt! This app gives you a full project planning toolkit — Gantt timelines, Kanban boards, milestones, dependencies, and multi-format export — in a single universal app that works natively on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
The Timeline tab is the heart of the app. It shows all of your tasks laid out on a Gantt chart so you can see your entire plan at a glance. On this tab you can:
A task with the same start and end date is treated as a milestone. Instead of a bar, it renders as a diamond (◆) on the timeline. Milestones are useful for marking fixed delivery dates, reviews, or key checkpoints. You can drag a milestone left or right to move it to a different date — there are no resize handles since a milestone has no duration.
Tasks can be linked to show that one must finish before another can begin. Dependency arrows are drawn automatically between connected tasks on the timeline, including to and from milestone diamonds. To add or remove a dependency, open the task detail panel and use the Links section.
The Kanban tab gives you a card-based view of the same tasks, organized by status. Use it when you want to focus on what's in progress rather than when things are scheduled. Drag a card from one column to another to update its status — the change is reflected immediately on the Timeline as well.
The Tasks tab lists all your tasks in a scrollable list for quick inline editing. On this tab you can:
Task Timeline Gantt can export your plan in three formats from the Export button in the Timeline tab:

On iPhone and iPad, exported files are delivered via the native share sheet so you can save to Files, AirDrop, email, or any other app. On Mac, a native Save dialog lets you choose exactly where to save the file.
All exports are generated entirely on your device. No data is sent to any server.
Your projects sync automatically across all your Apple devices via iCloud. Make a change on your iPhone and it will appear on your iPad and Mac within moments. Sync uses your own private iCloud account — the developer never has access to your data.
Task Timeline Gantt is a single purchase that covers iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The Mac version is a full desktop experience with a native fixed side panel, keyboard-friendly interactions, and native save dialogs — not a scaled-up phone app.
Task Timeline Gantt is built for people who need a real project planning tool — not a simple to-do list, but also not an enterprise platform with a learning curve. The goal is to make Gantt charts, dependencies, and milestones feel approachable and fast to use, whether you're managing a product launch, a home renovation, or a team project. Task Timeline Gantt respects your privacy. The app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data with the developer or any third party. All task and project information you enter is stored locally on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, synced through your own private iCloud account.

The app does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or external data services of any kind.
All task and project data you create in the app is stored locally on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, that data is also synced through your own private CloudKit database tied to your iCloud account. This data is never transmitted to the developer or to any server operated by the developer. Apple's standard iCloud account security governs access to it. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is removed from your device.
Task Timeline Gantt does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services. iCloud sync is provided directly by Apple as part of your iCloud account.
Because the developer does not collect any personal data, Task Timeline Gantt is safe for users of all ages. No personal information is knowingly collected from children.
If the app's functionality changes in the future in a way that affects data handling, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. Any changes will be posted on this page.
