If you need help with Voice2Flow, I'm here for you.

Thank you for using Voice2Flow. Just say what you want — "Add a decision with Yes and No connectors" — and the shape appears on the page. Then keep talking to rename it, connect it, move it, or add a note. Everything you can say is listed in the Try Saying… panel, and a tap on any phrase puts it to work.
If something doesn't work the way you expect, or you have an idea that would make the app better, please write to me at the email address above. I read every message.

Voice2Flow is built to keep your work on your own device. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
Your diagrams are stored only in the files you choose to save, such as .v2flow files on your device or in a folder you select. I do not receive copies of your diagrams, and the app does not upload them anywhere. When you export a PDF, image, draw.io or Visio file, or print, the result goes where you send it.
Voice2Flow does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email address, and does not include advertising or analytics.
The voice features need two permissions: access to the microphone, and permission to use speech recognition. You can decline either one and still use the app by touch and by typing commands, although you will not be able to speak commands.
Voice2Flow uses Apple's speech recognition. When your device supports it, recognition happens on the device itself and your voice does not leave it. If on-device recognition is not available on your device, Apple may process your speech on its servers, under Apple's own privacy policy. Voice2Flow does not record or keep audio; it keeps only the text of the command that was recognized, for the current session's command history.
Notes and links you attach to shapes are saved inside your diagram file along with everything else. A link is only opened when you choose to open it.
Voice2Flow does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
